What You’ll Do

• ‍Drive Impact: Oversee programme quality, ensuring they meet the needs of the young people and communities we serve.‍
• Innovate and Grow: Identify opportunities to expand our reach, improve our programme, and embed best practice.‍
• Collaborate and Scale: Work with delivery, partnerships, and impact teams to ensure programmes are effective, sustainable, and scalable.‍
• Design and Deliver: Lead the creation and execution of innovative programmes that drive transformational outcomes for young people.

• A proven leader with experience in programme management and a track record of delivering results.
